Find Support UK uses these provider standards to help keep support listings clear, accurate and useful for families, individuals and professionals. These standards apply to listed, claimed and verified providers, with additional checks used where a provider applies for verified status.
What “Verified” Means

Claiming a Listing
If your organisation is already listed on Find Support UK, you can claim your listing to help keep your information accurate and up to date. Claiming a listing does not automatically mean the listing is verified, endorsed or featured.
Apply for Verification
Providers who have claimed or submitted a listing may request Verified status once their listing is live in the directory.
The verification process confirms key organisational details and supporting information.
Providers should also follow the Listing Rules & Guidelines when submitting, claiming or maintaining a listing.
If you believe a listing is inaccurate, outdated or concerning, you can report a concern so it can be reviewed.
Find Support UK operates as an independent directory. Inclusion or verification does not replace professional due diligence by users.
